Service Description
We will establish a strong foundation in every athlete, utilizing function training techniques that promote dynamic and efficient movement patterns. These sessions will be authored and hosted by Clairissa Moore, who's packed with knowledge, and experience gained from 20 years of play, and 10 years of coaching. She is a 2x South West Athletic Conference Champion, and a 2x NCAA Division 1 contender. Therefore, expectations, and standards will be high. We are ready to work when you are. Availability: Coach Clairissa - Sunday: Schedule by APPOINTMENT ONLY - Tues. & Fri.: 4pm or 5pm - Saturday's: 11am or 12pm Youth (7-12) Beginner Beginner level. Skill specific training balance, defensive movement, footwork, full-body strength training. Advanced (16+) Advanced. Full body training, injury prevention, increase agility & speed, enhance vertical. Skill specific development. Elite Advanced. Full body strength & condition, injury prevention, speed/agility & vertical enhancement (Veritmax training)
Cancellation Policy
Client agrees that sessions do not rollover into following month. Client must communicate any absences 12hrs before session to receive make up sessions. To cancel membership, client must send email document stating request. The recurring draft will stop 28 days after email is sent. Request email from owners .
