Service Description

Sports/Athletic Development memberships are contract only sessions unless client purchases month-to-month option. These bundles were created to give student athletes access to strength, and power development within the weight room, while also providing the opportunity to improve individual skill sets specific to their sport within a group training setting. During the weekdays the student athletes have access to the weight room from 3 PM to 7 PM Monday-Fridays. Cut off time is at 7 PM. Trainer will be on site to guide athletes through proper training techniques. Weekday & Weekend sessions will have predetermined. time slots that have to be booked so we keep the gym organized. Teen Training Schedule: ● Weekday Lift/Strength & Conditioning/Athletic Development Time Slots: (Monday - Friday from 3pm-7pm) Memberships Include: - (Workout of the Day) with Guidance & Correction (3 sessions Per Week) - All strength and conditioning sessions will occur during the week from 3pm-7pm. Each session will start every hour on the hour. (3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm) - Membership Perks (Discounted Add-On): Sports Specific Group Training, Speed Development, etc...

Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that sessions do not rollover into following month. Client must communicate any absences 12hrs before session to receive make up sessions. To cancel membership, client must send email document stating request. The recurring draft will stop 28 days after email is sent. Request email from owners .
