1st-6th Grade Youth Athletes

Will be 1st-6th grader  fall of 2024

S.P.A.R.Q. Training & Conditioning

3x Per Week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

Dedicated Athlete Package

- May 6th-Aug 9th (14weeks)

  • Only pay for 12week (2wks FREE)

  • 42 sessions available

- 12wk Contract  (3 payments of $150)

Basic Athlete Package

- June 3rd-Aug 9th (10weeks)

  • 10 Weeks of training

  • 30 sessions available

  • Two 5wk term payment options

7th-Collegiate Elite Athletes

Will be a 7th-Collegiate athlete fall of 2024

Elite S.P.A.R.Q. Training + Weight Room + Conditioning + Combine Training

3-4x Per Week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

Summer Training Breakdown

Youth Athletes (1st-6th)

- We will establish a  strong athletic foundation by developing Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, & Quickness. 

- These athletes will spend 3 days per week being exposed to training techniques with the purpose of creating permanent changes in their overall movement patterns.

Weekly Training Time:

- Mon, Wed, Fri

- Morning Session

10am -11:15am

- Afternoon Sessions

3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

 

Elite Athletes (7th-College)

- These athletes MUST be exposed to  levels of athletic development  that exceed the new standards & expectations they will be judge from.

- All coaches want the Bigger , Faster, Stronger, Quicker, Smarter  athletes because they are more prepared to fulfill their athletic duties no matter the sport.

- These athletes will have 3-4 days per week to master skillsets they will have to display at college summer camps, AAU Leagues, & Summer Select Teams. Therefore we are obligates to make sure they are over prepared.

Weekly Training Time:

- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

- Morning Sessions

6am-7:30am OR 8am-9:30am

- Afternoon Sessions

3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
