Our Story

Missing Element is an atmosphere where athletes and non-athletes enter to adapt, evolve, and transform. We believe, to have consistent progress in any aspect of existence, one must know the true power within them.

Our approach is to strengthen the mind, and the body, then the soul will soon follow. We are a diverse company led by former NFL player Mister Alexander who has 10+ years of experience, and knowledge within the fitness, and sports performance industry. This ever evolving industry forces those who call themselves fitness professionals to increase their knowledge beyond past experience. Therefore we rely on science to aid us in the development of our youth athletes, professional athletes, and general fitness clients.

The Athlete:

It's human nature to assume extraordinary talent is naturally gifted to only certain standout individuals. These assumptions have grown to be wildly accepted truths because of the lack of evidence of previous work that instilled fundamentals, and allowed early exposure to specific practices which create experience, and instincts that others don't possess.

Within every aspect of sports, fundamentals have always been the foundation of every great athlete, and every championship organization. Therefore we believe, to develop a well-rounded athlete we must observe, analyze, and re-establish proper functions in mind, movement, and practice. We teach, then build upon a strong foundation of fundamentals within each level of training to establish prolific results from youth to professional athletes of any sport.

The Workout Warriors & The Health Conscious:

Chronic disease are the leading cause of death in America, not cigarettes, murder, or drunk drivers. Your next question should be, "What are chronic diseases," if you don't already know the answer. "Chronic diseases are defined broadly as conditions that last 1 year or more and require ongoing medical attention or limit activities of daily living or both. Chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes are the leading causes of death and disability in the United States. They are also leading drivers of the nation’s $3.8 trillion in annual health care costs."(CDC)

What the public may not be aware of is, our sleeping, eating and daily activity habits have a direct relationship with the presence of these diseases. These diseases are also starting to effect our youth at a higher rate. Childhood obesity, is on the rise, which increases the likelihood of a child being diagnosed with diabetes. We can all agree that these are very important issues that need a solution, but where do we start? We start by identifying the problem. What are we feeding our youth, and are we as adults demanding them to be active? Physical Education was once a school elective that we all looked forward to as children. P.E. allowed us to have time away from the mental strain of our scholastics, and afforded us the opportunity to get the daily recommended amount of exercise need to remain at an optimal level of health. To keep a long story short, there is no education or anything physically demanding about these classes anymore, so when are our non-student athletes getting their daily exercise? You should also ask yourself the same question, then determine the next steps you'll take towards your health.

Missing Element Sports Performance and Fitness is dedicated to being the resource each community needs for nutrition guidance, personal and group training for adults and kids alike.
