General
Fitness

At Missing Element Sports Performance and Fitness we have the knowledge base, and capacity to train in many aspects of fitness.

We have two goals:

  1. We want to educate the public about the very real threat of chronic diseases, and the effects they have on them and their families. From our experience, we’ve learned that most of the general public don’t know what a chronic disease is or how it affects them. When they find out that chronic diseases are the leading cause of death in America, most of those people tend not to care until it is too late or until they’ve developed a chronic disease of their own. This negligent mindset has caused children to now be affected by diseases they were never affected by in the past at a rate that has never been seen.

  2. We help clients of all ages adopt, and maintain a routine that will create longevity and prosperity in our journey towards establishing a healthy future. Poor nutrition, and long-term physical inactivity are two of the main causes of easily preventable chronic diseases. We believe establishing good health should not be ridiculously expensive, therefore we have created easily accessible online programs for those who may not have the time to physically attend our flexible Boot Camp classes. We also have other options for those who would prefer to work in smaller groups, or on their own.

  3.

We understand that each person has an individual path, along with individual goals. Therefore we encourage everyone to find the class, or program that suits them best. We will introduce training methods that are uncommon to the fitness world that will create visible progress. Let’s lock horns and get to work.
