Ages 12 & under will focus on the individual improvement of their athletic I.Q... Developing stability, functional mechanics, coordination, Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, & Quickness will improve performance in each athlete's specific sport.

Training with Membership

Discounted Sports Specific Group Training is ONLY Available To Active Paying Members.

Ages 12 & up will focus on the individual improvement of their athletic I.Q, while increasing force output by using a combination of traditional and non-traditional resistance exercises.
