Service Description

Athletic Bundles are contract only sessions with a 6-month commitment. These bundles were created to give student athletes access to strength, and power development within the weight room, while also providing the opportunity to improve individual skill sets specific to their sport within a group training setting. During the weekdays the student athletes have access to the weight room from 3 PM to 6 PM. Cut off time is at 6 PM. Trainer will be on site to guide athletes through proper training techniques. Time slots have to be booked so we keep the gym organized. Sports Specific Group Training Add-On: These athletes also are allowed to choose from the available Sports Specific Group Training Sessions specific to their position or sport as a discounted Add-On (Ex. Football, or Volleyball Position group, Speed Development, etc.…) Youth Flag Football Training: Those interested in joining our youth flag football team will train within our youth membership sessions. Overall athletic development will remain our main focal point with an inclusion of flag football specific skillset training. Our goal is to build teams who grow to be better athletes, who are more knowledgeable than the competition they will see in MARCH. Welcome to the squad! LET'S WORK!!! Training Schedule: ● Weekday Lift/Strength & Conditioning Time Slots: (Monday - Friday from 3pm-6pm) ● Add - Ons: Position Specific, Speed Development, or Sports Specific Time Slot are listed on graphic at the bottom of this page. Youth Memberships Include: (Workout of the Day) with Subtle Guidance & Correction (3 sessions Per Week) ● All Add-ons are $35per 1hr Session ● All strength, conditioning sessions will occur during the week from 3pm-pm. Each session will start every hour on the hour. (3pm, 4pm, 5pm) ● All sessions must be booked 2 days before to maintain organization. Membership Description: - Trainer Direction/Correction As needed (Not Private Coaching) - Unlimited Enrollment for 16 Sessions Per Month (Don’t rollover) - Discounted group training sign up (Add-Ons) - Strength -Speed Development - Agility - Power Training - Quickness - Balance

Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that sessions do not rollover into following month. Client must communicate any absences 12hrs before session to receive make up sessions. To cancel membership, client must send email document stating request. The recurring draft will stop 28 days after email is sent. Request email from owners .
