At Missing Element Sports Performance and Fitness, we bring over 100 years of combined experience to the table.

Over the decades, we've witnessed how football has evolved—not only in speed and complexity, but also in the physical and mental demands placed on athletes. In today’s game, consistent and intentional preparation is no longer optional; it’s essential. For parents and athletes alike, this means that athletic development and sport-specific training must begin to mirror the structure and discipline found at the collegiate and professional levels. Our programs are designed to bridge that gap, ensuring every athlete is equipped to meet the modern demands of the game.

LB & D-Line Training

From the NFL to the Next Generation

I’m Mister Alexander, a retired NFL linebacker and founder of The Linebacker Community. This program was built to give linebackers and defensive linemen the structure, coaching, and understanding I wish I had earlier in my journey.

If you’re serious about learning your position, improving your technique, and becoming a complete defender, this training was built for you.

Running Back Training

TyMagic Robinson

Former Division I Athlete | Founder, RB1 Academy

RB1 Academy was created to give running backs the structure, guidance, and position-specific development many athletes never receive. We train complete backs by focusing on position mastery, athleticism, football IQ, and game-ready execution — all built to translate directly to the field. Our mission is to develop confident, explosive, disciplined RBs who play fast, physical, and smart while staying healthy and available.

Defensive Back Training

Adrian Frye

Current CFL Defensive Back| Founder, The Defensive Back Factory

I am a defensive backs coach who specializes in developing confident, disciplined, and intelligent secondary players. I’ve seen firsthand how often defensive backs are trained with drills that don’t translate to real game situations. I’ve also seen how easy it is for well deserving players to be overlooked due to a lack of preparation.

That gap is why The Defensive Back Factory exists.

This program is built specifically for cornerbacks, safeties, and nickel defenders who want detailed, position-specific development. We focus on technique, football IQ, and situational awareness—so athletes can play fast, trust their training, and make plays when it matters most.

Preparing Tomorrow’s Football Leaders:

Elevate Safety and Performance Through Football IQ

Youth football today faces critical challenges:

Increasing safety concerns and the rapid pace at which athletes must develop to compete at the next level.

Middle school players:

These players can no longer wait until high school to build foundational skills—they must advance their football IQ and physical readiness early to safely compete and excel.

High school athletes:

High schoolers need to sharpen their game intelligence and performance to attract college recruiters and compete at the collegiate level. Our year-round football IQ training focuses on smarter, safer development—giving athletes the tools to play harder, play smarter, and stay safer on every snap.

The Window for Opportunity is Short — Don’t Miss It

From January through March, national recruitment-boosting football combines bring together some of the top talent in the nation. These events are where college recruiters see athletes in head-to-head competition, evaluating not just size and speed, but game intelligence, discipline, and technique.

Here’s the truth:
If you wait until the off-season to prepare, you’re already behind. The athletes who stand out are the ones who kept developing in-season, sharpening their football IQ, perfecting their technique, and building physical and mental readiness all year long.

Every rep you take now is a chance to close the gap between where you are and the level recruiters expect. The question is — will you be ready when the whistle blows?
