ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT, SPEED & EVALUATIONS

Where Development Becomes Direction.

Every new athlete begins with a 30–45 minute performance evaluation.

This session allows our staff to assess your current level of athletic development and provide detailed feedback on:

Movement efficiency
Sprint mechanics

Position-specific skill (track & field, football & soccer athletes)
Strength & power readiness

You will leave with clarity on:

✔ What’s limiting your performance

✔ What must improve

✔ Which training program is best for you

Athletes only need to attend one session for their evaluation.

 

FOOTBALL POSITION EVALUATIONS

​Who This Is For:​

Athletes who want to improve their position-specific football performance.

Each football position group has designated evaluation days to ensure detailed, focused assessment.

Wide Receivers

  • Sunday: 2:00PM

  • Saturdays: 10:00AM

Defensive Backs

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays: 11:00AM & 12:00PM

Running Backs

  • Tuesdays: 5:00 PM | 6:00 PM

  • Thursdays: 5:00 PM | 6:00 PM

  • Sundays & Saturdays: By Appointment

Linebackers

  • Wednesdays: 4:00 PM | 5:00 PM

  • Sunday & Saturdays: 1:00 PM 

Offensive Line

  • Sunday & Saturdays: 11:00 AM

Defensive Line

  • Wednesdays: 6:00 PM 

  • Sunday & Saturdays: 12:00 PM

 

During football evaluations, athletes will receive:

  • Position drill assessment

  • Movement & explosiveness analysis

  • Technical feedback

  • Development roadmap
     

 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Athletic clothing

  • Athletic shoes (cleats if football evaluation)

  • Water bottle

  • Focused mindset
     

 

IMPORTANT

 

Spots are limited per session to maintain a premium training environment.

All athletes must complete the Free Evaluation Intake Form before attending.
