All-Sports performance training for both boys and girls 12&Under

Service Description

Youth Athletes (1st-6th) - We will establish a  strong athletic foundation by developing Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, & Quickness.  - These athletes will spend 3 days per week being exposed to training techniques with the purpose of creating permanent changes in their overall movement patterns. ​ Weekly Training Days/Time: - Mon, Wed, Fri - Morning Session 10am -11:15am  - Afternoon Sessions * 12pm-1:15pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm This option is strictly for AAYFDT members who are a part of the football team, or drill and cheer team. These are discounted sessions. Each participant receives 3 sessions per week or 12 session in every 4 week period.

Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that sessions do not rollover into following month. Client must communicate any absences 12hrs before session to receive make up sessions. To cancel membership, client must send email document stating request. The recurring draft will stop 28 days after email is sent. Request email from owners .
