Service Description
Sports/Athletic Development memberships are contract only sessions unless client purchases month-to-month option. Athletic Development Training focuses on improving all of the physical and mental attributes needed to become and elite athlete regardless of the sports. This option gives student athletes access to strength, power, agility, reaction, and, quickness development within a weight room and outdoor setting. During the weekdays the student athletes have access to the weight room Monday-Thursdays 4, 5, & 6PM , and on Fridays 3, 4, & 5pm. Trainers will be on site to guide athletes through proper training techniques. - Memberships Include: - (Workout of the Day) with Guidance & Correction (3 sessions Per Week) Membership Cost: - Month-to-Month=$180 - 12 Weeks= $170/4wks - 24 Weeks= $155/4wks - 52 Weeks= $145/4wks - Membership Perks (Discounted Add-On sessions): Sports Specific Group Training, Speed Development, etc... (No Discount for 1-on-1 Training , or Small Group Training)
Cancellation Policy
Client agrees that sessions do not rollover into following month. Client must communicate any absences 12hrs before session to receive make up sessions. To cancel membership, client must send email document stating request. The recurring draft will stop 28 days after email is sent. Request email from owners .
