Our Long-Term Athletic Development Program is designed to help young athletes build the essential foundation for lifelong success in sports and fitness. Before learning advanced sport-specific skills, every child must first develop balance, coordination, agility, and confidence — the core building blocks of athletic performance. At Missing Element Sports Performance & Fitness, we focus on teaching kids how to move well, think athletically, and perform confidently in any environment. Our coaches guide each athlete through age-appropriate training that enhances strength, coordination, body awareness, and speed — helping them build the habits that lead to long-term success both on and off the field. Whether your child is new to sports or already competing, this program supports their growth and development in a safe, structured, and motivating environment. We help them move better, feel stronger, and believe in their own ability to improve — the foundation for confidence that carries beyond athletics. 1 Child Membership Cost: $180 every four weeks (per child) Multiple-Child Discount: - First child: Full price ($180) - Second child: 25% off ($135 every four weeks) = $315 - Third child and each additional child: 50% off ($90 every four weeks) = $405 We believe families that train together, grow together.
