About the event
Following the AAYFDT Youth Football Camp (April 11th), we are inviting all athletes and parents to attend a FREE Performance Evaluation + Results Review Session at Missing Element Sports.
During this session, your child will:
✔️ Review their 10-Yard & 20-Yard Dash (Acceleration Testing)
✔️ Perform a Vertical Jump Test (Explosiveness)
✔️ Re-test their Broad Jump (Lower Body Power)
✔️ Complete a Sprint Mechanics Screening
