We assess each individual athlete to identify deficiencies and "prioritize development" in those areas so that we put our athletes on track to dominate in the fall season.

We know that people don't plan to fail, they fail to properly plan. Missing Element Sports and its partner's purpose is to provide each family with the required information and experiences need to succeed with or without sports.

We take pride in prioritizing what truly matters. Production and results are what colleges are looking for, so we MUST prepare to excel even beyond their standards. As a program, we will structure our athlete's development to peak at these camp date, so they will become more than a number.

As a program, we understand the importance of providing a platform for student-athletes athletes to represent themselves andthemselves in the best light possible. We will highlight the development and social media platforms of our athletes, so they gain the most visibility possible with respect to their reputation.

Our Mentorship Program, will provide our athletes with the opportunity to improve their interviewing skills to better represent themselves in the public eye. There will also be mandatory community service events available to the student-athletes our community.
