The M.E. Formula stands for:

The principle is simple: when you combine intentional meaning with fully lived experiences, your days stop just passing by—they start building you into the athlete and person you want to become.


The M.E. Formula Daily Framework

To make this actionable, I created a one-page daily framework. It’s quick, easy, and designed to work for athletes of any sport:

  1. Meaning – Define one intention that gives your day purpose.

  2. Experiences – Notice one moment and fully experience it.

  3. Multiply – Reflect: How did this intention show up in that experience? What can you learn?

Even spending 5–10 minutes daily with this framework can dramatically increase focus, consistency, and confidence—both on and off the field.
