Service Description

Big Group training packages allow athletes to participate in organized pre-programmed sessions determined by the needs of individuals in the group. Detailed execution, by creating permanent movement pattern will be the focus. (4-12 PEOPLE) Each player will receive solid individual feedback. Film sessions are available for all packages. - Sprint Mechanics - Block Work - Acceleration (Drive Phase) - Max Velocity/Over Speed/Upright Sprinting - Build Speed Endurance - All Jumps - Throws - Distance/Stamina

Cancellation Policy

Client agrees that sessions do not rollover into following month. Client must communicate any absences 12hrs before session to receive make up sessions. To cancel membership, client must send email document stating request. The recurring draft will stop 28 days after email is sent. Request email from owners .
